The preview shows that after Miles Morales came back from the Ultimate Universe, he told Misty Knight about it. She advised him to give some important boxes detailing his origins to Tony Stark in this reality, and Miles agreed. They scheduled a time for him to deliver the boxes, but Miles overslept and missed their meeting.
He woke up and rushed to meet Tony, calling him while swinging through the city with some boxes. He apologized for being late, making up a story, but was suddenly ambushed by the Spot, a villain who can teleport.
