Okay, so those Version 6.6 livestream codes are super limited, and you’ve gotta use them fast before they disappear! New Genshin Impact 6.6 Characters & Banner Lineup

Version 6.6 of the game is generating excitement because HoYoverse is introducing three new characters players can control. This includes a new 4-star character, which is especially good news for players who don’t spend money on the game, as they have a higher chance of getting it. One of the new 5-star characters is Nicole, a witch with a significant role in the Nod-Krai storyline and a member of the Hexenzirkel.

Details about Nicole, a new character coming in Genshin Impact version 6.6, were revealed after appearing in beta testing. HoYoverse has officially confirmed she’s a 5-star Pyro character who fights with a catalyst. Nicole will primarily support her team by boosting their abilities and providing shields using her Elemental Skill. She’ll be especially effective alongside characters whose damage increases with their ATK stat, as that’s the type of buff she provides.

Many players believe Nicole will team up with Varka in Genshin Impact, and potentially even work well as a secondary damage dealer alongside Durin. Nicole’s abilities will likely involve a unique mechanic that strengthens both herself and teammates from the same group, making her a key part of powerful team combinations.

Version 6.6 will introduce a new 5-star character named Lohen. He’s a Cryo polearm user and a prominent member of the Knights of Favonius. Lohen’s unique ability revolves around switching between different modes using his Elemental Skill. This skill allows him to build up a personal buff, unlocking a more powerful version of the skill. Additionally, teammates can contribute to this power-up by accumulating their own buff, which boosts Lohen’s enhanced skill.

Similar to Nicole, Lohen belongs to the Hexerei group in Genshin Impact. Because his damage increases with his ATK stat, he works well with Nicole’s team, particularly when aiming for Melt reactions. Lohen is designed to be the main damage dealer in a team. The third member is Prune, a 4-star character who uses Anemo energy and a catalyst. Prune will support the team by dealing damage from off-screen and boosting the power of Hexerei characters.

During the livestream, it was announced that Nicole will be available in the first set of banners, alongside a rerun of Durin. Prune is also expected to appear in those initial banners with a higher chance of being obtained.

Story Updates, Events, & More

Alongside new characters, the game will receive story updates through important quests. These quests will culminate in a new weekly boss fight. This update is anticipated to be the last major story development before the introduction of the Snezhnaya region, and it will likely tie into the overarching story of the Traveler’s journey in Teyvat.

Version 6.6 of Genshin Impact is shaping up to be a major update, with lots of events offering free rewards like Primogems. Plus, two new Artifact sets will be added!
